Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band founded out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is made from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his early life pal, Spencer Smiths (drums), in conjunction with their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
